Heavenly Hawaii

Here we are on our second February 2nd.  I still don't understnd how this happened but we have gone from being 11 hours ahead of the UK to being 10 hours behind.

Our hotel is near the beach and has fabulous views.  We are on the 19th floor and can see for miles.  Tomorrow we are off to Pearl Harbour - there seem to be no end of Japanese here so I guess the Yanks have forgiven them

If you ever have to repeat a day I would recommend Sydney one day and Hawaii when you have to do it all again.  Food and clothes etc are much cheaper here than Australia but the beaches are much busier. Martin seems to be resisting buying a flowered shirt but we shall see!  Looking forward to sleeping in a bed tonight after a 9 hour flight where they did not have the fold out beds.  I'm afraid I have been spoilt now.
